OOTDBuy Spreadsheet: browse real product cards, then hand the source link to an agent

An OOTDBuy Spreadsheet is an independent product-discovery website built around browsable product cards. Each card opens a source product page. OOTDBuy is the separate China shopping agent that can purchase, receive, show order-stage information and prepare a parcel after you decide to order.

This site is not OOTDBuy, W2C, a seller or a checkout. Product images below are dated listing examples, not recommendations or quality proof.

Start with the entities

Three different layers, three different jobs

Keeping the layers separate prevents the most common mistake: treating a discovery card as if it were a seller guarantee or an agent order.

Discovery layer

OOTDBuy Spreadsheet

A browseable catalogue of product cards. It helps you find candidates and reach their source pages; it does not sell or fulfil them.

Source layer

Chinese marketplace or seller page

The destination page holds the current listing details. Recheck it before paying because a saved card can outlive a price, option or listing.

Agent layer

OOTDBuy

A China shopping agent. Its current guide shows a request/purchase stage, warehouse receipt, review steps, parcel submission and outbound shipping.

Browse before you buy

A product catalogue should look like products

These are real current listing examples. Every card points to its source page so you can inspect the current destination rather than trust a copied title or price.

The agent handoff

From one source page to an outbound parcel

  1. 01

    Browse a product card

Use the catalogue to discover a candidate. A card is a navigation aid, not a purchase contract.

  2. 02

    Open and recheck the source

Confirm the destination still resolves and inspect its current options, seller information and restrictions.

  3. 03

Send the source link to the agent

Use the current OOTDBuy flow to request the item. The live order screen controls availability, payment and status.

  4. 04

    Review what is observable

When the order reaches the relevant stage, review the information and images actually shown for your order. Ask support when something is unclear.

  5. 05

Build a parcel from live options

Select goods, compare available routes and use the current estimate. The site cannot pre-compute the real shipment.

Source boundary. The current official guide shows the broad sequence. Exact screens, services, route options, payment methods and timeframes can change. Open official how-to guide. Recheck: monthly source review.

Plan the haul

Shipping is a set of live variables, not one reusable number

Previous versions of this guide repeated a worked example as if it could price a new parcel. That calculator has been removed. Use the official freight tool and the estimate attached to your own parcel.

Listing

Item and seller-side cost

The live source page controls the product price and seller options.

China leg

Delivery to the agent

Seller-to-warehouse delivery can vary by listing and seller.

Order

Selected services

Any optional service belongs to the live order and must be read before payment.

Parcel

International route and estimate

Destination, contents, size, weight and available route affect the current result.

Dated source review

What this guide checked, and what it deliberately does not freeze

22 Aug 2026

Official workflow rechecked

The official home and guide still show product-link/search, purchasing, warehouse receipt, review, parcel submission and outbound stages.

22 Aug 2026

Storage page rechecked

A current official storage notice exists, but this guide does not repeat its exact durations as evergreen advice. Check the live notice and account status.

Fee claims cleaned

Secondary markup claims, fixed route rates, worked totals and universal weight thresholds were removed from visible copy and structured data.
